Throughout February, Paul's schedule consisted of leaving early in the morning and coming home late at night for 7 days a week. It was rough, but mostly I felt as though Paul was missing out on some "happy" times. You see, Zac gets super grumpy at night and wants nothing but to be fed and/or sleep, so Paul only got to see Zac at his grumpiest moments. I wanted Paul to know his son is not always a grumpy pants. Hence the many faces of Zac video.
Next, Zac loves his bath time in his tub. Well, let me say he enjoys it when I can keep the girls out of his water and away from splashing him in the face. They are just such big helpers and don't want to miss a moment. To take this video, I had to lock the girls out of the bathroom. Key into the last few minutes and you will see we were bombarded by Frozen's Anna.
Paul finally had the last weekend of February off so we spent some time with the girls and headed to the Provo temple to roll down the hills and walk around. It was a little cold that morning, but that didn't stop them from wanting to see the water fountains, or in Heather's case, stick her hands in. Have no fear though, we made sure to warm up with Krispy Kreme donuts and hot chocolate!
Lastly, Zac reached a month old. We went back into the doctor at 4 weeks old to get a weight check, and thankfully, Zac had gained enough weight. In fact, he weighed in at 9 pounds, 6 ounces, jumping from the 16th percentile to the 41st percentile. He is definitely chunking up! Just look at his cute little double chin!
