August Wrap Up and Into September

The last half of August was jam packed with fun.  With Zac crawling around, he has found himself able to play with the girls, well, until at least he tries to destroy or eat the toys.  When he is not crawling around, the girls bring the toys to him as seen with the stuffed animals in his jumper chair.  It has been fun to stand back and watch all 3 of them have fun, even if that means there will be a huge mess to clean up.  What am I kidding, my house is never clean.
Zac continues to love the water, both at the pool and in the bathtub.  He also rode in the park swing for the first time a few weeks ago.  He loved every second of it.
The girls started an unofficial preschool.  There is a group of moms that rotate having the kids at their houses to let the kids play.  Its more like a playgroup, but the girls love to take their backpacks, so it looks like school.  Haha.
They continue to obsess over My Little Ponies and every time I tell them we are going to the store they ask if they can get My Little Ponies or Blind Bags.  On our last trip 2 trips, I caved and bought them some, and they even asked me to video them opening the ponies - just like their YouTube videos.  I have created some pony monsters.
The girls also just got new bikes.  Katelyn desperately needed one other than her tricycle, and well, when your birthday is in cold, snowy, December, sometimes you get one in September.  Heather has to be equal in all things, so she got an early upgrade, too.
The girls have so much energy some days and it is exhausting just thinking about it.  They always find weird things to do though, like slide through these tunnels.
And when the girls are off at preschool or just being their weird, pony-loving, rambunctious selves, Zac and mommy get some time together.  Zac continues to be such a relaxed, happy baby.  Except however, when it comes to food.  This guy LOVES to eat, and he has learned that whatever mom eats, he NEEDS to taste.  And if mommy doesn't share, he throws a tantrum.  Heaven help me.  He's such a funny little boy.
