A Visit from Cousins

My sister, Katie, and her clan came to visit for a few days at the end of June and even though is was crazy and chaotic at times, everyone had fun!  Here are a few highlights:

1.  The girls were excited to have extra playmates as this video shows.  There was never a dull moment.   

2.  We spent 3 days at Thanksgiving Point.  The first day was spent exploring half of the Museum of Curiosity.  

3.  The next day was spent at the other half of the museum and at the Farm Country to ride the ponies. (There are two videos: one of zip lining and the other of the girls riding the ponies.)  Heather was able to use Zac's ticket to ride twice.  It was an early birthday surprise!

4.  The AC at our house went out and after a long story and 3 visits from repair men, we just need to replace it.  It won't be installed for a few more days, so until then, we survived the near 100 degree weather by running through the sprinklers.

5.  The third day at Thanksgiving Point was spent at the Dinosaur Museum.  Everyone was getting a little tired at this point in the week, but thankfully, as the video shows, Zac still had plenty of smiles.

 6.  The girls received a special package from daddy, and Zac was sleeping how I felt.
